To avoid the sending of the product for the moment, it is also possible to give a first valuation of the case with the help of a picture. Not until we inspected the requested information, we will inform you if your case is a complaint and how we will proceed.
It is required:
- Picture No. 1. Photo of the product
- Picture No. 2. Detailed picture of the defective place
- Picture No. 3. Photo of the complete BMX-bike on which is was assembled
- A copy of the invoice (scan or picture)
- Address and telephone number of the invoice recipient
- Address and telephone number of the order recipient (only if deviations to the invoice recipient are present)
- A short description how the malfunction occured
After receiving your e-mail with all details, we will take care of an immediate clarification and inform you about the progress. In case of a possible complaint acceptance, we will inform you to send the product to the following address:
You have to pay the shipping cost for the product to be tested at first.
Parano Garage will refund these costs when justified complaint.
