Right of withdrawal
You have the right, to withdraw this contract within fourteen days, without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days, beginning from the day you or a third person, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have to inform us: Parano Garage, proprietor Jann Rosskamp, Kirchweg 8, 26203 Wardenburg, by means of a clear declaration (e. g. by mail, e-mail or phone) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the model withdrawal form which is enclosed to your order confirmation and also to the supplied goods, however this is not mandatory. The model withdrawal form or any other clear declaration can also be send electronically e. g. by e-mail: mail[at]parano-garage.de. If you use this method, we will send you a confirmation (e. g. by email) of the receipt of your revocation. To safeguard the withdrawal period it is sufficient, to send the notification of right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments, we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs, which result from chosen a different delivery, not the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and not later than within fourteen days beginning from the day we received your cancellation of this contract.
We will use the same payment method for this repay, which you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In no event we will charge additional fees for this repayment. We may refuse to repay, until we received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier. You have to return the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the date you informed us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met, if you return the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
You have to bear the immediate return costs of the goods, unless otherwise agreed. You just have to pay for any depreciation, if this depreciation leads to an examination of composition, characteristics and operation of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and function of the goods.
